Leads and manages large site construction activities. Works closely with the Project Manager to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. Manages all trade and field personnel, maintains the job site office, and closes out the projects. Administers excellent construction safety practices and maintains the highest quality work.
Works closely with the Superintendent and Site Supervisor to plan, execute, and finalize projects of all sizes in accordance with strict deadlines and budget. Defines the project’s objectives and oversees all construction activities that take place on the work site and in the office, ensuring consistent and high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency.
Coordinates and is responsible for all activities related to job bids and budgets at project commencement. These activities include evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring all tender documents and associated information are received, maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy for submissions. Collaborates with the ownership group to determine the most effective bid strategy.

Supports the Superintendent and Site Supervisor to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality standards while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.
