Tender/Bidder Inquiries

Much of the work Carlson Construction secures has Trade Contractors and Suppliers who have been selectively limited. This ensures alignment of opportunities with our appropriate Industry Partners. As such, please fill out your company’s interest in bidding to Carlson through our Building Connected bid board.

Once a Trade Contractor and/or Supplier has entered their information, Carlson will add the Trade Contractor/Supplier to whichever regional database applies under the corresponding Trade Division. This will ensure our ability to provide you with Invitations to Tender.

It should be noted that Trade Contractors and Suppliers cannot view any projects from Carlson Construction, unless they have been specifically invited to a project. The Invitation to Tender is sent out via email and will have a direct link to the full, complete project documents.
