Granville Veterinary Clinic is a new 5,000+ sq. ft. veterinary facility located at 21310 98 Avenue NW in Edmonton’s west end. The project involved the complete redevelopment of the site, including demolition of the existing residence, site preparation, and construction of a purpose-built clinic designed to support small animal veterinary services. The facility includes separate cat and dog waiting areas, three dog exam rooms, two cat exam rooms, a grooming room, laboratory and pharmacy areas, a dog kennel, a dedicated sympathy room, an X-ray room, two surgery rooms, staff facilities, and administrative offices. The interior was completed with custom cabinetry, millwork, and durable commercial finishes to meet the operational requirements of a modern veterinary practice.
