The new build of the Acheson warehouse used conventional steel structures with concrete foundations, to build a combination warehouse, showroom, and office with a total of 56,605 SF for all buildings. The project was completed in 14-months on an expedited schedule. To further support the client, all deficiencies were eliminated before project turnover
