Koch Ford Located at the prominent intersection of Gateway Boulevard and 51 Avenue in Edmonton, the Koch Ford project involved a major renovation and expansion of the existing dealership. The work included the construction of a new showroom, service drive-through, and administration areas, effectively creating a substantially renewed facility. Structural steel framing was installed to support the expanded building, including the main showroom and second-floor balcony areas. The project also included significant site development work, featuring new water, sanitary sewer, and power services, as well as parking lot reconstruction, paving, and curb crossings. Completed within a high-visibility commercial corridor and an area subject to enhanced City of Edmonton development standards, the project modernized the dealership while improving functionality for both staff and customers.
