Leduc Golf Country Club. This project involved the demolition of the existing clubhouse and pro shop and the construction of a new 20,000-square-foot clubhouse for an 18-hole golf course. Built on the site of the original facility, the new clubhouse was designed in a prairie-style architectural aesthetic that complements the surrounding landscape while maximizing views of the golf course. The project included a basement level featuring cart storage, a members’ locker room, fitness area, and golf simulators. The 9,500-square-foot main floor was developed to accommodate a large pro shop, full-service lounge, wrap-around patio overlooking the 18th hole, multipurpose room, and boardroom. A significant feature of the facility is its event space, designed to host up to 220 guests for tournaments, community functions, and special events. Constructed over a single winter season, the completed clubhouse provides modern amenities and enhanced functionality for members, guests, and course operations.
