The Orion Facility is a combined office and manufacturing building developed as the world headquarters for Silent-Aire. Completed in 2014, the approximately 67,000 + square-foot facility integrates a two-storey clerestory office space with a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant designed for the production and assembly of custom HVAC systems for industrial, institutional, and mission-critical data centre applications. The office component features an open-concept layout with a raw industrial aesthetic, including exposed structural elements and acid-stained concrete floors. The manufacturing area was designed to accommodate four dedicated assembly lines, providing an efficient production environment while supporting the company’s continued growth and manufacturing capabilities.
