The Paragon Office Building is a two-storey office and warehouse facility constructed on a 1.499-acre site. The building encompasses approximately 24,738 square feet, including 1,233 m² of office and warehouse space on the main floor and 1,065 m² on the second floor. Designed to maximize natural light throughout the interior, the building’s principal entrance features a spacious reception area highlighted by an open staircase and expansive glazing. The project included all aspects of new building construction, including structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, interior finishes, landscaping, and complete site servicing and civil works. The completed facility provides a modern and functional workspace with integrated warehouse operations and a strong emphasis on natural light and efficient building design.
