Sherwood Park Chevrolet was a complete new-build automotive dealership consisting of a 2,101 m² facility and a 19,222 m² exterior yard. The project was undertaken to support the owner’s goal of updating the dealership’s image and enhancing its operational capabilities. The scope included construction of a new showroom, administration offices, vehicle maintenance and service areas, and extensive exterior site development. The project was delivered on an accelerated schedule to accommodate seasonal construction constraints and operational requirements, resulting in a modern dealership facility designed to support both customer service and day-to-day operations.
