The Taico Exterior Improvements project focused on enhancing both the functionality and appearance of the facility through a series of targeted exterior upgrades. Carlson Construction completed the installation of a new concrete entrance stoop, a new concrete pad at the overhead door to improve access and durability, and custom structural steel canopies designed to provide weather protection while adding a modern architectural element to the building. These improvements strengthened the building’s exterior performance, improved accessibility, and delivered a refreshed, professional appearance that complements the existing facility.
Inside, the space was transformed with high-quality finishes designed for long-term performance and a modern industrial aesthetic. The project features polished concrete flooring throughout, exposed painted ceilings and mechanical systems, large perimeter windows that maximize natural light, and energy-efficient LED lighting. Custom millwork and architectural detailing create a welcoming reception area, while the kitchenette incorporates wood-grain cabinetry, solid surface countertops, tile backsplash finishes, and integrated storage solutions. Glass office partitions, contemporary sliding doors, and a neutral palette of warm wood tones, charcoal accents, and clean lines contribute to a professional, functional workspace tailored to support daily operations and future growth.
