The CASL (Magnum) Project involved major renovations in the warehouse, the administration offices, and around the building’s exterior. In the warehouse area, the ventilation system was demolished, then followed by a new HVAC installation. A new foundation and plumbing system were installed, and the existing floor slab was reinforced as needed below the heavy equipment. Other new additions included a HONE pit, a cylinder test room, mezzanine, and a plating shop area. Carlson handled the service and coordination for the installation of the cranes, the paint booth, and spray booth. On the exterior of the building, Carlson installed new concrete slabs and gravel pads. The existing administration offices were demolished and renovated, including washrooms, plumbing, ceilings, M&E systems, and HVAC.
